Dave is recognised as a leader in Facility Management strategy and service improvement. He is the author of RICS’ Strategic Facility Management guidance and has been a leading contributor to the ISO and CEN FM standards. He provides consulting support for many large corporations, government departments and not-for-profit organizations, and has volunteered extensively with the key professional bodies: RICS, BIFM and IFMA.
Dave Wilson leads all commissions for which Effective Facilities is appointed and takes personal responsibility for delivering results which are on time, on target, and sustainable.
